How it works

Drivers

Scan the code on the lot sign. Enter your plate and state, check them, then choose pay-as-you-go or booked hours. The rate on the screen is the rate for that stay.

Pay-as-you-go places a hold up to the remaining daily maximum and captures the real amount when you end. The first five minutes are free. After that, the time from the start is billed by the minute. If you never end the session, charging stops at $40 for the day.

Booked hours are paid up front and are not refunded if you leave early.

Patrol

The person walking the lot photographs a plate, confirms the read, and sees one status: paid counter, paid booked, permit, grace, unpaid, already ticketed today, or ended at the daily cap. Unpaid cars can get a notice with photos and a location.

Owners

The owner view is a shell in this milestone: revenue, an estimated split, current bands, and an empty payout list until Stripe Connect is connected.
